COVID-19 and Employee Mental Health: One Year Later

As companies and individuals continue to adapt to the socio-economic impact of the pandemic – including a gradual opening up of workspaces – business leaders are being called on to manage ongoing transitions with empathy and compassion, and to consider the health and well-being of their employees through continued change. As a follow-up to its September 2020 webinar  – and to promote ongoing conversation – the Ethics Centre held an online forum in September to re-visit the issue of COVID-19 and Employee Mental Health.
